- Lust: You let bad thoughts fill up your mind.
- Gluttony: You eat way too much just to feel comforted.
- Sloth: You feel lazy and completely skip your prayer time.
Saints Had Flaws Too
Now, you might be thinking, “But saints were born perfect!”
No, friend, they absolutely were not. They had sins and struggles exactly like you and me.
The difference is that God gave them the grace to win, and they fought hard. St. Alphonsus Liguori actually wrote a lot about this.

- Pride (judging others): Serve people secretly without them knowing.
- Greed (hoarding stuff): Give a little bit of money away every day.
- Envy (resenting wins): Pray for the joy and success of the person you envy.
- Anger (snapping at kids): Do one kind, gentle act immediately after.
- Lust (bad images): Look at the Cross and redirect your eyes.
- Gluttony (overeating): Eat just one simple, standard plate of food.
- Sloth (skipping prayer): Set a strict alarm on your phone just for prayer.
