You get this message:

Hi ! In order to proceed with OVAP, please enter the code that was sent to your email address.
But the website doesn’t give you an OTP sent to your email.
WHAT WORKS
What does work is — you open the PEAC OVAP in your browser where your email is already logged in.
Then you click on FORGET PASSWORD.
Open your email inbox.
Click on CHANGE PASSWORD
Give it a new password.
You should be logged in immediately.
Or Not.
Try it again.
Or try to login after 20 minutes after creating the account.
Then try 1 hour later.
But after trying 2x "Reset Password" – the OTP finally arrived in my inbox.
