Many years ago, I got myself a condo.

This is the first piece of real estate I purchased.

I also got a parking slot with it.

Problem though, I didn't have a car.

At first it doesn't look like a problem, right?

Let the parking slot stay empty - right?

However -someone in Viber was looking for PARKING FOR RENT.

So I got in touch and let them rent my slot for P 5,000 a month.
